Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at SosaJB Property Management Corp. located in Cubao, Quezon City. The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of assigned properties. This includes overseeing property maintenance, ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing budgets and financials, coordinating with vendors and contractors, enforcing property rules and regulations, and addressing tenant inquiries and concerns. The Property Manager will also be responsible for conducting property inspections, preparing reports and documentation, and implementing strategies to enhance property value and tenant retention.

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12nn

Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Salary: Php 45,000 (start-up project)

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• with condotel experience
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proven experience in property management or related field
• Knowledge of property management software
• Ability to effectively manage budgets and financials
• Experience in coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Understanding of property rules, regulations, and legal requirements
• Ability to handle tenant inquiries and concerns
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
• 4-6 years Professional certification in Property Management (preferred)
