Tenant Relations:
Responsible for finding and screening tenants, handling lease agreements, and managing tenant concerns and requests.
Enforcing lease terms and ensuring tenants adhere to rules and regulations.
Organizing and overseeing maintenance and repairs of properties.
Regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and addressing any issues promptly.
Setting rental rates and collecting rent from tenants.
Budgeting and managing property expenses, including taxes, utilities, and maintenance costs.
Keeping financial records and preparing regular financial reports for property owners.
Advertising vacant properties to attract tenants.
Showing properties to prospective tenants and negotiating lease terms.
Ensuring properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Handling evictions, if necessary, in accordance with legal requirements.
Managing insurance policies for properties.
Assessing and mitigating risks associated with the property.
Addressing tenant concerns and maintaining positive relationships.
Handling disputes or conflicts that may arise among tenants.
Identifying opportunities for property improvement or renovations to increase property value or attractiveness to tenants.
Serving as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, and contractors.
Keeping stakeholders informed about property performance and any significant developments.
Keeping accurate records of all property-related transactions and correspondence.
Handling administrative tasks such as lease renewals, lease terminations, and security deposit refunds.
Being available for emergency situations affecting the properties, such as floods, fires, or security incidents.
Time Management: Efficiently managing multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of leases, rent payments, maintenance requests, and financial reports.
Verbal and Written Communication: Ability to clearly convey information to property owners, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.- Maintenance Knowledge: Basic understanding of property maintenance and repair issues.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Working in real estate, property management, or a related field is often required
Total years of working experience: Minimum of 2 years
Normal hours/Shift: 8 hrs. Mondays to Fridays/Flexi time (mostly on field work)
