Job description- Ensuring the buildings and grounds of the property are maintained and well-kept.
Look after and manage all properties under our jurisdiction- Ensure all necessary maintenance needs are effectively taken care of.
Create strategic business plans for the property, ensuring adherence to budget.
- Facilities Management. (Acquisition, leasing, repairs and maintenance)
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 years experience as a Property Manager.- Excellent customer service skills are a must.
Result-oriented, honest, and a team worker with high leadership qualities, and able to interact with top executives, tenants and unit owners.
