General Duties
Supervise Property Handover Associates and support Buyer Turnover Manager to ensure proper, complete, and quality turnover of units.
Detailed Duties
- In charge of dealing with clients/ buyers as far as the turn-over of units is concerned from their unit inspection up to
the acceptance.
- Ensure that the unit to be inspected by the buyers ar qualified for turn-over prior to the buyers viewing &
acceptance. This includes preparation of units in terms of cleanliness, completeness & functionality.
- Prepare and provide turn-over reports and other related submittals.
- Coordinate and properly endorse unit buyers to EPA (External Property Admin).
- Answers emails and calls relative to turn-over concerns.
- Monitor and ensure that the process of QTOP is being undertaken properly.
- Other tasks that may be required from time to time.
Professional Eligibility
Skills
-Can work under pressure.
-With average to excellent communication skills.
-Proficient in MS Office
-Knowledgeable with the use of SAP would be an advantage.
-With pleasing personality.
Education
4 years College Graduate
Experience
-Preferably with at least 1-year supervisory experience in Customer Service or any related work.
-Must be focused and well driven.
-Has an exceptional ability to give attention to detail.
Responsibility
Monitor the units scheduled for inspection.
