Focus on maintenance& repair of existing facilities, equipment, assets- Ensure that the process on repair and maintenance is strictly adhered to by respective dealer outlets.
In charge of sourcing for suppliers and with the task to review all quote proposal with reference to price, scope of work, completion timing and payment terms
- Review and assess all inspection request, submits supplier proposal comparison to Purchasing, prepares work order, monitors payment to suppliers, follow up and coordination with suppliers and dealers.
BS in Civil Engineering or Architectural Background
- Proven work experience as a Property Management
Hands-on experience with project management tools (CAD / Microsoft Word/Excel)- Willing to be assigned in Mandaue area
