Previous working experience as a Property Management Officer or Documentation Officer for 3-5 years
- BS Degree in Business Management/Engineering or similar relevant field
In-depth knowledge of property management, documentation and its financial aspects- Hands on experience with MS Office and relevant databases and software
Customer-oriented approach
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills Willing to do fieldwork and report to the head office (Makati) as needed
Undertakes lease proposal calls; negotiates and administers lease agreement, including renewals, develops schedules, prepares covenants and conditions, establishes and implements rental rate structure; conducts surveys on market rates; edits and ensures terms and conditions
- Liaises with civic departments, contractors, property owners/developers outside agencies and/or government counterparts on construction, renovations, and general maintenance, inspects and documents all installations of equipment, renovations, and construction projects
Checks and verifies the obligations of the parties imposed by such contracts (e.g. previous Deeds of Sale, payment of estate and real property taxes, etc.)- Endorses validated contracts and documents to the Due Diligence Team for the processing of the transfer of title.
- Finalize the contracts and coordinate with the teams and company lawyers for any possible questions and issues
