Job Description
Graduate of Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
Preferably with Master in Business Administration (MBA) or Master in Business Management (MBM) degree
With at least fifteen (15) years of experience in Property management and Development of real estate properties as well as Building Maintenance & Adminstration.
Must have established a reliable network with Real Estate Brokers and Government Agencies (Fire Station, Registry of Deeds, BIR, City Treasury & Assessor's Office).
Knowledge of real estate market and prices.
Must be familiar with real estate taxation and procedures for disposal of real estate properties.
With Above average oral and written communication skills in English
Must have Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Trustworthy and with a high sense of integrity
With strong sense of urgency and resourcefulness.
Diplomatic but firm in dealing with buyers.
With good interpersonal skills to be able to relate well with tenants.
Emotionally mature and able to handle work pressure
Systematic and attentive to details
