Job Description

Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a Property Management Associate who can work with us full-time and on-site!

Where JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, Cebu

As a Property Management Associate, you will be responsible for remote administrative support to the client. To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent listening skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. You should also have outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Some of the things we expect you to do are to:

  • Listing properties via Agent Box
  • New Lease/Management
  • Lease Renewal
  • Utility/Water Connections
  • Board Order/Removal
  • Vacating Renter
  • Arrears (SMS and emails only - our staff will make the daily calls)
  • Schedule routine inspections
  • Follow up maintenances
  • Maintain our creditors insurances

Requirements


We would need you to be or have the following:

  • A graduate with Business Administration, Real Estate or any field related to Admin
  • Strong background in Administration as Remote Assistant.
  • Excellent organisational, oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Shows a high level of initiative and intelligence.
  • Possess Executive Assistant mindset.
  • Must have a pleasing personality.
  • Excellent phone skills
