  • About the Role:
Property Management Admin plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of property management activities, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and supporting the overall goals of the organization.
  • Job Description
Enter, update, and maintain property listings within the software platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Upload relevant property details to enhance listing quality and attract potential tenants.
Arrange and schedule property inspections, ensuring clear communication with tenants, landlords, and maintenance personnel.
  • Prepare inspection reports and follow up on any identified issues.
Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries via phone or email.
  • Address and resolve tenant issues or escalate them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
Prepare and distribute leasing agreements, renewal notices, and other legal or informational documents.
  • Ensure all documents are completed accurately and filed appropriately.
Monitor rental payments, ensuring they are processed accurately and on time.
  • Follow-up on late payments and coordinate with tenants and landlords to resolve payment issues.
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely communication with contractors and vendors.
  • Track maintenance requests and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files related to all property management activities.
  • Provide administrative support
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Qualifications
Proven experience as Property Management Admin or other related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong work ethics, exceptional organizational skills, and keen eye for details.
  • Ability to multitask without compromising the quality of output.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Graduate of any 4 year-program

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,
  • 00 per month
