As a Maintenance Coordinator for our property management company, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Liaising between vendors, landlords, and tenants to ensure all necessary repairs and maintenance tasks are completed seamlessly.
- Coordinating schedules and ensuring that all maintenance work is scheduled and completed according to set deadlines.
- Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all maintenance equipment and supplies.
- Responding to tenant inquiries and complaints regarding maintenance issues and resolving them promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work completed, including costs and timelines.
- Inspecting properties regularly to identify maintenance issues and develop plans to address them proactively.
- Coordinating with property managers to ensure that all maintenance work is completed to the required standards.
- Monitoring the performance of vendors to ensure that they are delivering optimal value for services rendered.
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests promptly and taking appropriate action to resolve them.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline maintenance processes and enhance efficiency for better results.

As we scale, there is a pathway to become a Lead VA, managing a team of 8 VAs. This role is designed for a visionary who can streamline processes for enhanced efficiency, lead effectively, and contribute significantly to our growth ambitions.
Our team members are expected to be responsive from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. We use Slack for communication, maintaining clear protocols for channel usage and adhering to a structured chain of command for escalation needs.
