General Duties
REPLACEMENT OF KENNETH CASPE
1. Validates actual status of the unit.
2. Conducts call out to buyers l day prior to Turnover.
3. Implements 3 day regimen to guarantee that unit is clean, presentable and free of manifestations prior to turnover.
4. Assist buyers during unit inspection and acceptance.
5. Endorse all punchllst items to Construction team and Backroom.
6. Coordinates with QRT team to resolve minor unit issues.
7. Conducts actual meter reading of water and power supply.
8i Accurately and timely updating of unit status in QTOP
9. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
