Must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering- With at least 2-3 years experience handling building maintenance - civil works, plumbing, electrical and structural
Can conduct building inspection and provide recommendations on needed repairs
- Perform routinary preventive maintenance
Handles and directs maintenance team- Must be willing to be assigned at BGC, Taguig City
