Sales Performance Management:_ Achieving and exceeding sales targets by generating revenue through closing deals and meeting customer's needs.
- _Customer Acquisition and Retention:_ Identifying and acquiring new customers while retaining existing ones through effective relationship management and customer service.
_Product Knowledge:
_ Developing a deep understanding of the products or services offered in order to effectively demonstrate and explain their features and benefits to potential customers.Learning & Development:
_ Continuously improving sales skills and techniques by staying updated on industry trends, attending sales training programs and adopting successful sales strategies to increase conversion rates.- Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
Fresh graduate or at least completed 2 years in College or completed 72 units.- We're looking for people with great communication skills, both verbal and written. Our team welcomes talent that has experience in relationship building, sales, marketing, and customer service
