Job Description
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
- Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
- Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure building
equipment is in good working order and maintenance/housekeeping
supplies are always on hand.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain
confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy
policies and regulations.
- Receives mails, work permits and gate passes of building tenants and
contractors.
- Issues borrower's slip for tools and equipment borrowed by
maintenance/housekeeping staff.
- Monitor and manage the building accounts receivable to ensure timely
collection of outstanding debts.
- Investigate and resolve any billing or invoicing issues that may be
causing delays in payment.
- Update and maintain accurate records of collections activities,
payment status, and customer interactions in the collections database or
software.
- Manage tenant move-in and move-out processes, handing paperwork,
schedule showings of vacant units, and conduct tours
- Experience in Property Management is a plus
