The Projects and Systems Officer is primarily responsible for supporting the management, development, and implementation of the various strategic Marketing Group projects according to agreed scope, quality, and timeline, as well as providing user and operational support upon implementation.
The role involves close collaboration with business teams, risk and compliance teams, IT counterparts, and/or software/service providers in providing solutions to business initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, validate, and analyze business requirements of assigned projects or project components in collaboration with business users and IT
- Actively participate in the preparation of the solution proposal by taking part in solutions evaluation in coordination with various units of the Bank and vendors/suppliers
- Analyze detailed design prepared by IT/vendors, determine improvements/enhancements, and assess best/correct approach to fit requirements and business processes
- Build and execute test plans and scripts, and work with IT/vendors towards effective resolution
- Manage risk by identifying risks, analyzing their impact, and developing and executing plans and measures to reduce their impact
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Formulate implementation and deployment plans and activities
- Work with stakeholders and users/affected employees to develop and implement strategies and plans to drive adoption and utilization of new processes and systems to realize over-all project benefits
- Provide timely and effective user and operational support for assigned systems, and identify ways in which operational and system processes may be improved/enhanced, and execute recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree or MBA preferred, ideally in Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, application systems management, bank operations, and/or implementation of analytics tools, CRM solutions, digital marketing tools, and other Marketing solutions. Experience in or exposure to analytics, data, digital marketing, and CRM.
- Knowledge in application systems management; business requirements gathering, functional requirements definition, systems analysis and design, software quality assurance, and test management; project management for systems/solutions development and implementation; business process modeling; change management.
- Knowledge in analytics, CRM and digital marketing solutions, tools, and implementations.
- Specifically, depending on assigned area, expertise in one or more of the following is required: Salesforce tools (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Digital Engage, CDP, Lightning), CMS and websites, CRM software, data and analytics platforms.
