Job Responsibilities:Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and face-to-face initial interviews to agent level applicants
Test Administration
Assisting in completion of New Hire Pre-Employment Requirements of candidates
Filing and maintenance of new hire employee records, trackers, and databases
Assist in conducting job offers and onboarding orientations to new hires
Sourcing for agent-level applicants
Other tasks as mandated by the Recruitment supervisor and/or TA manager
Bachelor's Degree graduate is preferred
Excellent Communication Skills
Knowledge of basic MS Office Application
Willing to work onsite
