Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all on-site activities.
Performs overall quality control of the project (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and reports on project status.- Cooperates and communicates effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including attendance sheet, progress reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address issues, and promote collaboration.- Maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues promptly.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical, or a related field.- With experience as project supervisor.
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with clients.
