Lead and establish Project plans/scheduling, cost estimates, progress reports, risks assessment, and coordinating with stakeholders. To ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards in Marine Engineering projects.- To support and source out resources for quotations of supplies and services with Project Team.
To manage, lead and organize Project Team, subcontractors in executing work requirements.
- Supervise and provide guideline to the purchasing team, including training, performance evaluation, and professional development initiatives.
