ROLEThis role ensures that projects are being implemented in accordance with the design/specifications, budget and approved timelines. To be able to provide excellent & acceptable quality control & assurance on projects being implemented. Responsible for project implementation from beginning to end. Execute mobilization/demobilization, clarify with consultants check budget balance, track OSM handling and usage, collaborate with 3rd parties, and ensure all regulations are met and permits acquired.
- Project Implementation & Coordination
Responsible for handling technical BID and clarificatory
- Conducts a weekly coordination meeting with the team
Responsible for complying and monitoring construction checklist- Keeping up to date with all the projects
Responsible for monitoring and validation project weekly, monthly and end report
Responsible for monitoring Ad hoc task
- Must be a graduate of Mechanical or Electrical or Civil Engineering with three (3) years of relevant retail/commercial interior fit out experience, must have MEP engineering trade knowledge, experience in technical coordination with LGU, contractors and mall representatives. Resourceful and willing to stay at site after mall hours.
Managing external consultants, contractors, vendors, LGU and Mall personnel- Extensive program / project management experience with retail projects from inception to final completion and turnover of project.
Experience in retail and interior fit out construction and coordination.
- Knowledgeable in construction cost estimate, budget monitoring and value engineering.
Knowledge of applicable standards for the area of work and quality control.- Good writing and communication skills.
Computer knowledge and skills on multiple platforms.
- Knowledgeable in construction methodologies, equipment, tools and manpower use
