• Overview:

AMDC Builders is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Site Engineer with a strong background in steel structures. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure efficient project progress.

Site Supervision:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and quality of work.

• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical guidance and support in the design and implementation of steel structures.

Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.

• Ensure all structural work adheres to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Communication and Coordination:

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.

• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment on-site.

Quality Control and Safety:

• Implement and enforce strict quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of construction.

Promote a culture of safety on-site, ensuring all workers adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for on-site personnel.

• Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in project management and site supervision, specifically with steel structures.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects.

Skills and Competencies: Strong technical knowledge of steel structure construction and engineering principles.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: Php20,
