Ensuring that a construction project is completed on time and within budget
Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project
Ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met
Reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
Liaising with the client, other construction professionals
Coordinating and supervising the 3rd party suppliers installation works
Ensuring construction and site safety
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
Maintaining quality control procedures
Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up
Assessing and minimizing risk
Writing project reports and keeping on top of paperwork
Helping in securing permits
Qualifications:
Can Strat immediately
Minimum of three (3) years experience in project construction handling electrical and instrumentation works
Graduate of Engineering course or equivalent
Have good communication & written skills and proficient in project reporting
Have knowledge in project scheduling using MS project or equivalent
Have knowledge in construction health and safety topics
Able to manage subcontractors and able to meet project schedules
Able to monitor the progress and report back to the client or client's representatives

- 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
