Prepares reports such as monthly project schedules, quotations and other monthly reports.- Management of files and maintains an updated Project records of files.
Performs standard office procedures including scheduling appointments, processing emails, handling phone calls, fax messages, photocopying of documents and other related tasks.
- Composes and type business correspondences, letters, memorandums and other related docs.
Acts as Document Controller.
