JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of solar project management, from initial proposal to completion and handover.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate effectively with local sales, engineering, and office administration teams to facilitate project execution.
- Work closely with the local administration team to ensure timely material orders, customer bookings, and contractor schedules.
- Track purchase orders (POs) and invoices, keeping the accounts team informed about expenses and incoming invoices.
- Maintain clear and concise project documentation throughout all project phases.
Qualifications:
- PMP Certification is required
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the solar energy
- Strong understanding of project lifecycles, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software; experience with SimPro is advantageous.
- Experience in financial tracking and reporting is a plus.
- Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability.
