Qualifications:
A graduate of BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture.
Preferably Board Passer but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, PRIMAVERA, and MS Project.
With scheduling experience and risk management skills.
Must have a good command of the English language, both in oral and written communication.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares Master Construction Schedule, Project bar chart, and S curve.
Optimizes schedule as required to reflect the progress and variation.
Presents the required deliverables in logical way.
Monitors the plan versus the actual accomplishments and interprets accordingly.
