QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any BS Engineering, Management or Marketing
At least three (3) to five (5) years selling experience in Construction Industry, With previous handling of developers & contractors. Must have portfolio of known key account & contact person
Must be wiling to do full-time fieldworks

The Project Sales Account Executive is responsible for the achievement of sales target through effective professional sales techniques gearing towards long-term customer relationships. Work on developing partnership / teaming with top construction company.
- Communicates and coordinates with clients regarding pricing, technical data and product offering.
- Conducts product presentations and seminars.
- Provides at least eight (8) quality sales calls per day.
- Handles and resolves customer complains.
- Identifies potential growth areas, exploring new market segment submit at least 10 quotations per month.
- Manages account receivable in accordance to terms & condition stipulated in the project contract.
- Prepares and submits daily, weekly and monthly sales reports such as but not limited to sales output, account coverage, sales projection per area and other relevant market Information for district sales operation.
- Attends to and participates on sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
- Responsible for creating customer sales program.
- Sales performance should not fall below 80%. Failure to achieve 80% of the quota for two (2) quarters in a year will be a just cause for termination of employment.
- Suggests and recommends necessary constructive measures ensuring market leadership.
- Coordinates interface relationship with concerned units, sections or departments regarding sales matters.
