This is a full-time on-site role of ProjectSales Executive under the Nolte Kitchen Brand located in Makati. The Project Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, communicating with clients, and building relationships for high end, high volume residential developments and projects in the Philippines
  • Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base within the assigned territory. Utilize your sales expertise, networking skills, and market knowledge to generate leads and convert them into profitable sales opportunities.
Client Relationships: Building strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders is crucial. Understand their unique needs and challenges, and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Targets: We set ambitious sales targets, and your responsibility will be to not only meet them but to exceed expectations. Monitor your sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive steps to achieve outstanding results.Product Presentations: Showcase the value and benefits of our products and services through compelling product demonstrations and presentations. Your ability to articulate the unique selling points will be instrumental in driving sales.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Sales Experience: We're seeking candidates with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the furniture or home furnishings industry. Your experience in consultative selling and client acquisition will set you up for success.
Communication Skills: Effective communication and negotiation skills are paramount to excel in this position. You'll be interacting with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and understanding throughout the sales process.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach is essential. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction will be at the core of your responsibilities.
Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to identify challenges and devise creative solutions is crucial to overcome obstacles and deliver outstanding results.
Self-Motivated: As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be expected to work independently, take initiative, and drive your own success.
