Qualifications:- Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or any related course.
Must be a Licensed Engineer/Architect.- Minimum of 3-5 years [610 years for seniors] of combined experience in construction
With Experience in Pre-construction and Post Construction
- Knowledgeable in Planswift Software.
With experience in construction management and has experience handling high-rise residential buildings- Being a member of PICQS is an advantage.
Must be willing to work On-Site
- The applicant who can start ASAP will be given high priority.
Must be willing to work in Pasig City and Makati City.
Prepares and manages cost estimates, ensuring alignment with the project construction budget.- Collaborates with the Construction Project Management Team (CPMT) to prepare bid documents and conduct bidding processes.
Manages the tendering process, including the thorough evaluation of bids received.
- Generates procurement updates and cost reports during the pre-contract phase.
Serves as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) for pre-contract works and a Cost and Project Engineer (CPE-CE) for post-contract work.- Demonstrates proficiency in contract administration.
