RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Manager, your role involves planning and supervising projects within the organization, starting from the initial concept stage through to completion.
- Coordinate both people and processes to ensure project delivery aligns with timelines, budget constraints, and desired outcomes following objectives.
- Establish project objectives, outlining the specific goals and desired outcomes.
- Determine resource needs and effectively manage the availability and allocation of resources, including both internal team members and third-party contributors.
- Develop a budget following project needs and monitor expenses to ensure the project stays within budgetary constraints.
- Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Oversee the execution of the project as per the established plan.
- Monitor the progress of the project and furnish routine updates on its status to the project team and important stakeholders.
- Oversee and adapt to alterations in project scope, timeline, and financial resources as needed.
- Identify and minimize potential hazards.
- Maintains effective communication and strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and ensuring the project meets their expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (such as business administration, information technology, computer science, etc).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
- Willing to accept project-based type of employment.
- Willing to work on-site in Makati City.
Good-to-Have
- Project Management Professional certification.
- Financial Technology or payments industry experience.
