Responsibilities:- Transfer of newly acquired, approved finished pharmaceutical products into the existing company portfolio
Coordination and management of the sub project teams (Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Pharmacovigilance, Artwork) as part of the product transfer.- Establish global transfer plans
Monitor corresponding activities and timelines
- Ensure Marketing Authorizations are transferred within the aligned timelines
Coordination and communication with contract manufacturers, contract laboratories, distributors, and partners worldwide- Ensure usage of suitable Contract Manufacturer
Ensure manufacturing, packaging, testing and release activities are transferred within the defined timelines
- Ensure constant supply of the respective markets without Stock-Outs
Bachelor's degree or similar (e.g. pharmacy, chemistry, medical sciences)
- 10 years of professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry
5-10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing facilities of pharmaceuticals under cGMP conditions (manufacturing or laboratory)- First professional experience in transferring Marketing Authorization will be advantageous
First professional experience in Tech-Transfers within the pharmaceutical industry will be advantageous
- Good knowledge of drug regulatory affairs will be advantageous
Confident handling of MS Office programs- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
Team player, goal-oriented, careful, independent
- Self-motivated/energetic with good interpersonal skills
Willing to work on BGC, Taguig City
