Qualifications:
Age : 50 or above
Education : BS Civil Engineering with PRC License
Master Degree/Post Graduate Studies, preferred
Experience : Minimum of FIFTEEN (15) years of professional/work experience in master plan, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering design of
roads, bridges, and viaduct projects
