Bachelor's degree in Marine, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or any related course.- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and directing project plans.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in project management, preferably in the shipping industry, is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel and be assigned anywhere in the Philippines as per project requirements.- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
