The RoleResponsible for the coordination and support of projects as well as business change initiatives. The successful candidate will play an essential role in coordinating and managing the Team's projects from the discovery and planning phases through to delivery. You will be assisting with the scheduling, resourcing, and tracking of projects in addition to Status Reporting on both key Technology and Business Stakeholders.
Management of the new and/or existing projects.
- End to end project & enhancement delivery.
Provide support to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.- Resource Management at the portfolio level.
Creation and tracking of project plans.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Project and portfolio management reporting.- Management of project RAID's.
Support client management and communications as part of project delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Assist with task creation and management.- Assist with requirements documentation.
Proven work experience as a Project Manager 10 Years+ managing large to complex software development projects.- Experience of working within an Agile / Kanban and waterfall environment
Strong verbal and written communications, and negotiation skills with experience in running steering committee meetings and presenting to senior stakeholders from both Technology and the Business
- Highly organized with excellent multi-tasking skills.
Analytical thinker with creative problem- solving skills and attention to detail.- Experience of Resource Management & Planning
Proven leadership experience in achieving successful project outcomes.
- Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals, including project metrics and dashboards.
Ability to identify potential issues and dependencies early.- Quickly facilitates mitigation plans, alternative approaches and communication of risks.
Self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust.
- Hands-on management of projects and their outcomes, rather than passively collecting and reporting metrics.
Adeptness at learning new technology and tools.- Fully committed to transparency in all situations.
Customer service orientation and strong stakeholder management experience.
- Naturally able to share lessons learned and best practices with others.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.- Experience with MS Project, JIRA, Resource Management and PPM Tools.
PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master certifications are a plus
Hybrid set-up (once or twice a week)
Mid-shift- Project based ( 12 months contract) high possibility of extension or absorption
Salary Package: 120K+ plus HMO and Service Incentive Leave
