Project Manager

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Part-time 9am-1pm EST)

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for assisting the Client and her team with business operations. The Client is a startup coach for people wanting to know how to build wealth through buying the right businesses.

• Responsibilities:

Centralized Task Management:

• Ensure there's a centralized bank for tasks using Project Management Tools, preferably Notion.

Monitor progress and hit deadlines.

Business Operations: Drive initiatives to get things going in the business.

• Keep everyone accountable for their tasks and responsibilities.

Team Management & Communication:

• Take ownership of team management, including managing the client's versatile EA.

Ensure clear and effective communication within the team.

• Gatekeep issues to ensure the client can focus on higher-level activities.

Determine what issues need the client's attention and which can be handled independently.

• Qualifications:

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Manager.

Proficiency in using Project Management Tools, especially Notion.

• Skills and Attributes:

Fluent in communication skills.

• Intuitive organization abilities.

Open frame of mind and Sociable demeanor.

• Proven ability to manage and lead teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

• JOB OFFER:

$528 monthly

• $550 monthly after 6 months (plus activation of benefits)

$572 monthly after 18 months
