Responsibilities:
I. Strategic Assessment - Scoping Phase
Exhibit visionary leadership while working closely with stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of REPH/GSN's scope of services and identify potential offshoring opportunities.
Conduct an initial business scan to assess the feasibility and suitability of offshoring specific processes, demonstrating ability to make strategic decisions.
Collaborate with relevant departments to define the workforce dynamics, organizational roles, and job descriptions (JDs) essential for a successful offshoring strategy, showcasing leadership in aligning teams towards common objectives.
Utilize the Service Placement Heatmap to identify high-level process placement recommendations and guide team towards well-informed decisions.
Facilitate the site selection process, including the presentation of REPH/GSN sites, to determine the best locations for offshoring activities, leveraging leadership in strategic planning.
Establish and govern the Onshore and Offshore SME teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities are defined, and lead the kick-off meeting for the SME teams to foster collaboration and inspire commitment.
II. Delivery Planning Phase:
Demonstrate leadership by working in close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop a detailed process splits plan, focusing on Level 1 (SIPOC) and Level 2 (Process Maps) process mapping.
Facilitate an initial technology assessment by assigning an Onshore IT Point of Contact (POC) and conducting IT assessment meetings to address any technology requirements.
Finalize the processes and roles to be offshored, conducting an initial cost-benefit analysis to assess the financial implications, showcasing your strategic decision-making skills.
Lead the development of a multi-wave migration timeline, detailing hiring waves and knowledge transfer (KT) timelines for a seamless transition, exemplifying your ability to lead complex projects to successful completion.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to establish business agreements, including billing structures, contract details, and terms and conditions, to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership, demonstrating leadership in negotiation and relationship-building.
Prepare a draft Work Order (WO) outlining the project scope, deliverables, and key milestones, providing clear direction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in project management.
PMP certification is a plus, highlighting expertise in project management methodologies and commitment to continuous improvement.
Proven experience in strategic assessments, scoping, and delivery planning, particularly in process offshoring or migration projects, showcasing leadership in guiding successful initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions, reflecting visionary and data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, demonstrating ability to inspire and motivate others.
Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and drive initiatives to successful completion.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, showcasing leadership in efficient project management.
