Project Manager

Overall Responsibilities

Effectively lead Finance program and project implementations by applying standard Project Management methodologies and practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive multiple, concurrent, large-scale, high-complexity Finance projects.
  • Work closely with Project Sponsors and Key Stakeholders at Senior Leadership level.
  • Lead Project Team members from different Finance Towers and other departments in the organization.
  • Translate project requirements into a comprehensive Project Plan.
  • Effectively hold Project Status Meetings and clearly document action, decision and discussion points.
  • Track all project actions and drive to completion.
  • Release substantial and detailed Project Status Reports.

Position Requirements:

  • 5+ years Transformation, Migration, Integration and System Deployment-related Project Management experience following standard
  • Project Management methodologies and practice.
  • Certified Public Accountant, University Degree in Accounting.
  • Preferably with Finance and Shared Services background.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Teams Apps, MS Office Suite or other Project Management tools.
  • Hybrid-work arrangement across multiple time-zones.
  • Attributes, Competencies and Qualifications:

    • Ability to work and adapt in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
    • Capable of building a business case for proposed process changes and solutions.
    • Solid stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organized and detail-oriented
