BioTechnique is a highly potent sterile injectable and clinical oncolytic manufacturing company dedicated to providing cytotoxic and high-potency sterile injectable fill-finish services. BioTechnique's project management and client services staff work closely with our clients to meet all manufacturing needs. From IND applications through commercial-scale production, we provide formulation and compounding, fill-finish, and optional lyophilization services for a wide variety of liquid injectables. Your Role
We are hiring a Project Manager. This is a remote position. The Project Manager is to coordinate and oversee all aspects of projects to ensure project completion on-time and within budget. The incumbent is also responsible and accountable for the execution of the PSC mission, to maintain the integrity and professionalism of our products and services while enabling steady growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple workstream projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure all projects align with functional plans, meet regulatory requirements, and adhere to industry standards.
- Provide clear and concise project presentations to clients, ensuring they have a strong understanding of project progress.
- Assist in project risk management, cost estimation, and schedule development.
- Implement management direction and ensure the execution of projects meets quality and regulatory standards.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory standards.
- Proven experience in managing customer projects and contract manufacturing in the biotech sector.
- Project Management Certification (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with foresight to anticipate potential issues and proactively address them.
- Ability to travel to the US as needed.
