- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage all the construction projects that is under the department's monitoring
- Manage multiple construction crews in multiple projects
Manage the designs, planning, development and implementation of multiple strategic projects, including project scheduling, status reviews, executive communication and approval, requirements gathering documentation, and eventual deployment and implementation of the project.- Work closely with Architects, Engineers, Purchasing members and process owners to establish the requirements for the construction/
Create timelines for each project and monitor the development of each one of them
- Ensure that the construction project complies with all safety and building regulations.
Conduct an in-depth analysis of the project to come up with the budget and deliverables- Liaise with local authorities to obtain licenses and permits for the project.
Prepare reports on the project.
- Control project budget and financials
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required. Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience.- Solid grasp of building compliance and safety regulations.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, including financial projections.
