Job Summary:The Project Manager will oversee the timely opening of new carts and kiosks for PICKUP COFFEE. This role requires strong coordination with various teams to ensure all locations are ready for turnover to operations as scheduled. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire process, from lease confirmation to site readiness, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Coordination with Site Acquisition Team:
- Review and confirm lease offers to ensure all necessary agreements and documents are signed and in place.
Communicate with the site acquisition team to get updates on signed and confirmed lease offers.
- Project Planning and Management:
- Develop and manage project timelines to ensure each cart and kiosk is opened earlier than expected and always on time.
Ensure all tasks are completed according to the project plan, and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Liaison with Fabrication & Assembly Department:
- Coordinate with the fabrication and assembly team to ensure carts and kiosks are built and ready for installation.
Monitor progress and address any issues that may affect the project timeline.
- Collaboration with Supply Chain:
- Ensure timely delivery of machines and equipment necessary for the new locations.
Work with the supply chain team to resolve any logistics issues promptly.
- Coordination with Lessors:
- Handle contracts, security deposits, and timeline agreements with lessors.
Ensure smooth ingress and setup at new locations, addressing any issues with the lessor.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed project records, including timelines, budgets, and communication logs.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including any potential risks or delays.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all new locations meet the company's quality standards before turnover to operations.
Conduct final inspections to verify readiness and compliance with lease agreements.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail or F&B industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Familiarity with lease agreements and site acquisition processes is a plus.
