Job Description: Project Manager

• Overview: The Project Manager is an integral part of the Construction/Project Management Team. This role is responsible for overseeing the administration and quality control of projects from the design phase through to completion. The Project Manager ensures that development advances according to the construction plan by effectively planning, organizing, and controlling all elements of the project.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Management:

Review project proposals and ensure the proper implementation of project elements.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project execution.

• Collaboration:

Engage with the Project Team, Engineering Consultants, and Contractors to facilitate project progress.

• Supervision:

Oversee all development and implementation aspects of the project.

• Actively participate in on-site project-related work.

• Control:

Prepare status reports and monitor budgets, contractors, and schedules.

• Ensure projects meet target specifications, timelines, and cost requirements.

• Reporting:

Report to the Project Head/s regarding project status and address any concerns.

• Documentation:

Maintain project-specific documents (drawings, plans, etc.) and track project progress.

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate construction specifications, methodologies, processes, billings, and other documents.

• Demonstration of Knowledge:

Apply knowledge of construction principles, practices, and methods.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and workplace safety standards.

Utilize project management methods and demonstrate budgeting/value engineering skills.

• Supervise employees and manage personnel effectively.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• At least 4 years of field and project planning experience.

Knowledge of construction costs and methodologies.

• Strong understanding of planning and management aspects.

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.

• Willing to be assigned in Pasay Area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,

• 00 - Php50,000.00 per month
