The Delhivery Skills Development Program is a flagship program for finding talent from across the country and assessing, training and hiring them into the frontline supervisory roles in Delhivery Operations.
The Project Manager for Skill Development Program will shoulder the following responsibilities:
1. Determine and define project scope, objectives and budget
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating these requirements into clear actionable for respective teams.
3. Understand the project requirements, define clear goals for individual team members and monitor movement/progress on tasks from inception to completion
4. Working closely with the Training and Field Operations teams to plan and execute the assessment to training process
5. Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure assessments and Training success. Monitoring Training performance, analysing feedbacks, and making iterative improvements based on insights.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and finance and operations etc to align with overall skill development goals
7. Communicate effectively with internal team members to provide updates, address issues, and ensure a smooth workflow.
9. Oversee training quality and SDP program meets established standards.
10. Manage Assessment and Training life cycles and make recommendations for improvements or discontinuations
11. Should possess strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
They should be able to balance competing priorities, make informed decisions based on data and possess a deep understanding of the product.
