This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Mbler Enterprises located in Makati. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and budgets, and managing resources to ensure project completion. Additionally, they will be in charge of coordinating with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress, risks, and issues that may affect the project's outcome.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field- At least 5 years of experience in General Construction as Project In-charge or Project Manager
With extensive knowledge in civil, structural and residential construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks and issues that may affect project outcome- Highly organized and detail-oriented
