Job Description

Project Manager serve as an owner's representative to represent him or her throughout the entire process of a development, including site selection, design, entitlements, permitting, and construction. The owner's representative serves as a liaison and ensures that the owner's best interests are carried out.
  • Responsibilities:
  • I. Project Planning and design

  • Set a clear project goal and Objective

  • Establish activities and detail budget

  • Prepare Project schedule
  • II. Project Implementation

  • Direct people individually and as project team

  • Keep everyone connected with the project Informed

  • Supervise the progress and work of project contractor
  • III. Project Control

  • Review project progress every week and take action to move forward as planned

  • Empower yourself and others on the project team
  • IV. Project closing and Handover

  • Handover the project as planned
  • Other Job Responsibilities:

- To ensure that All works done as per scope of work & Standard
- Specifications & delivered in the Scheduled date
- Co-ordinate between contractor & the owner Company
- Helps Contractor
- Plan, manage, supervise, and evaluate electrical or mechanical maintenance and repair activities.
- Supervise and control the daily operation of facility controls and asset management systems.
- Integrate with customers for reconfiguration, changes, and operational requirements.
- Analyze, forecast, and manage operations and maintenance costs.
- Analyze, approve, and recommend approval of all change requests, orders, invoices, and payment applications.
- Work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as another department for support.
- Led project planning session
- Managing project progress and adapting work as required
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess a Professional License in CIVIL ENGINEERING OR ARCHITECTURAL course
With at least 5 years of construction background experience
More than 5 years of experience in project management in various engineering works
Experience in managing multiple projects
Risk Assessment and Management
Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills
Well Verse in project management, site inspection, and monitoring.
Time Management: You will be working with employees, customers, and management often spinning multiple plates at once.
Analytical Skills: You will also need analytical skills to solve problems that may arise during a typical workday. Analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis
Capacity to manage high-stress situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
