As a Project Manager for our Home Furniture Division, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire project lifecycle from kick-off to turnover. This includes meticulous planning, effective coordination, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within established timelines and budget constraints. Job Description
Develop comprehensive project plans from kick-off to turnover, outlining tasks, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.- Ensure alignment of project objectives with overall business goals.
- Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, plans, and progress reports.- Generate regular reports for Management, highlighting project status, potential risks, and proposed solutions.
- 3. Time, Manpower, and Tool Management:
Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including time, manpower, and tools.- Implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and productivity.
- 4. Progress Monitoring and Problem Resolution:
Monitor project progress, track historical data, and proactively identify potential issues.- Provide practical and feasible solutions to challenges encountered during the project lifecycle.
Delegate tasks effectively, considering the strengths and expertise of team members.- Foster a collaborative and empowered team environment.

- 7. Cost-Conscious and Detail-Oriented:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the home furniture industry.- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( Civil ) or Architectural, or a related field.- Previous experience in home furniture projects is a strong asset.
