Project Manager serve as an
owner's representative to represent him or her throughout the entire process of a development, including site selection, design, entitlements, permitting, and construction. The owner's representative serves as a liaison and ensures that the owner's best interests are carried out.

- Other Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure that All works done as per scope of work & Standard
- Specifications & delivered in the Scheduled date
- Co-ordinate between contractor & the owner Company
- Helps Contractor
- Plan, manage, supervise, and evaluate electrical or mechanical maintenance and repair activities.
- Supervise and control the daily operation of facility controls and asset management systems.
- Integrate with customers for reconfiguration, changes, and operational requirements.
- Analyze, forecast, and manage operations and maintenance costs.
- Analyze, approve, and recommend approval of all change requests, orders, invoices, and payment applications.
- Work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as another department for support.

Must possess a
Professional License in
CIVIL ENGINEERING OR ARCHITECTURAL course
With at least 5 years of construction background experience
More than 5 years of experience in project management in various engineering works
Experience in managing multiple projects
Risk Assessment and Management
Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills
Well Verse in project management, site inspection, and monitoring.
Time Management: You will be working with employees, customers, and management often spinning multiple plates at once.
Analytical Skills: You will also need analytical skills to solve problems that may arise during a typical workday. Analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis
