Qualifications:- Must possess a BS in Architecture.
Preferably licensed architect- Must have 3-5 years of experience
Conducts site visits to produce accurate as-built plans and assists Project Manager on-site visits for documentation to verify if the specified materials are being used, dimensions are as drawn and quality is according to a contract document.
- Coordinate and Collaborate with every 3rd Party provider such as contractor, supplier, and so on to ensure that the design is carried out to perfection.
Assists Project Manager in collaborating and coordinating with clients by conducting client meetings and creating group chats to ensure constant communication and ensure that all deliverables will be submitted to the client on time.- Prepares and reports pertinent documents including but not limited to weekly and monthly reports, design updates, meeting minutes, and consultation profile
Create and Design creative solutions for how he/she may assist his/her division head but not limited to Playbook Writing, Project Division System, Contractor's SOP, but not limited to standardization of architectural working drawings and improving the existing standard of interior design plans when needed.. (assisting with System Creation)
- Should submit a portfolio of accomplished projects showcasing skills.

Preferably residing in NCR or Sub Urban
Collaborates with Quantity Surveyor to obtain information regarding the project details, including but not limited to Material Specifications, Quantities, and turnover of the Construction Progress tracker in accordance with the list of items indicated in the quotation. Also must request Billing Statement to QS for royalty fee purposes.
- Create detailed and accurate Shop Drawings to assist clients and contractors with construction guidance and clarifications. Provide shop drawings from RFIs (Request for Information) when necessary.
Conduct monthly site inspections to ensure compliance with contract specifications for materials, dimensions, and quality.- Collaborate effectively with other divisions throughout the project's lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion.
Collaborates with Projects Division Head to design and develop exceptional Project Strategy Programs that drive the organization's three purposes and enhance its market position.
