QUALIFICATIONS With at least 5 years of experience as Project Manager- With experience on Infrastructure Projects
With strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure and multi-task
Willing to be assigned/relocated in CORON, PALAWAN
- Can start as soon as possible
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND DUTIES
Coordination of tasks of the project staff and site personnel to ensure uniformity until project completion.- Ensure timely completion to build client trust while avoiding unnecessary penalties.
Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a daily and weekly basis.
- Interprets blueprints and specifications, and discusses deviations from specified construction procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain control and responsibility for labor, equipment, allocation, and expenses.- Perform all tasks assigned by the superior as required.
