JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager for the On Demand team in Customer Consulting will be responsible for tracking, managing and documenting all projects handled by the team. These opportunities include custom solutions, reports, analytics or any form of outsourced capacity delivered by On Demand. This role will be fully accountable in identifying tools and relevant documentation that will help the team deliver the projects successfully within the set timelines. Specifically, the scope covers internal processes and internal projects but high level coordination across different teams and project groups is encouraged for the candidate to be successful in the role.

The role's key responsibilities include:
Project Management & Oversight
Lead complete list of projects and opportunities handled by the team. This includes all billable and pre-sales activities done by the Specialists for new and existing solutions.
Develop and lead creation of detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans and risk mitigation plans if needed.
Ensure accurate documentation of projects in and opportunities in SNOW, Salesforce and other internal tools.
Manage internal document resources such as order forms, statement of work and proof of concepts.
Ensure alignment of documents/contracts to LSEG standards and Commercial policies.
Promotes and champions partnership across business units by spearheading cross-functional meetings and project reviews.
Partner with project groups and other collaborators across LSEG to ensure accurate execution of deliverables within agreed timelines and budget.
Coordinate across different project groups to clearly define interdependencies and barriers to execution if there's any.
Provide leadership and mentor Business consultants particularly on the area of project management.
Liaison with partner groups and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Drive service quality and operational excellence in the team.
Operations Requirements
Supervise project breakthroughs against agreed objectives and timelines. Implement and run project governance reporting with consistent meeting cadence.
Advises leadership team on several functional matters, practices, and operational approaches.
Makes recommendations on strategies, commercial framework, and other sophisticated requirements.
Build and be a great partner for other teams such as SAM, OMS, Proposition, Content, and Customer Support.
Implement operational improvements as needed.
Continuously develop personal skills and knowledge on different products offered by Customer Consulting.
REQUIREMENTS
EXPERTISE Required: Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
At least 3-5 years of notable work experience in leading projects that require customizations and bespoke solutions.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills
Confident to present and handle conversations and meetings with various stakeholders .
Extensive knowledge on customer workflows, products, solutions and technology in different propositions.
Commercial Mindset and strong financial competence with proven track record on managing budgets or pricing queries and solutions.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and growing product sales environment.
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task on simultaneous projects
Experience in developing work from a global perspective with a proven track record in delivering high value projects.
Leadership capabilities and ability to demonstrate growth mindset.
Customer-centric and excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably in Business Management, Project Management, Operations Management and Industrial Engineering.
Flexibility in shift schedules: Working in US hours, weekends, and holidays
Project Management Certification is a plus, but not required.
