Project Manager position is responsible in providing end to end strategic management of the project staff and the project.
Assist in formulating procedure, processes, best practice and strategic plans,
Identify new opportunities that will improve business processes and system.
Oversees and monitors the management, quality control, technical supervision, planning and project costing and financial performance of the studio.
Prepare, develops and monitors group plans and performance strategies and ensure project resource needs are identified and efficiently allocated for
Ensure that all project on target, quality and profitable.
Design and manages ongoing projects.
Assist in Client Management and Contact negotiations.
Coaches, counsels and mentor project staff.
Monitor staff performance and skills development.
Studio management and prepares report for operation update.
Perform other job-related duties.
Bachelor's degree and Professional License in Architecture.
Minimum of 10 years of working experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects, resources, and overseeing projects from inception to completion and closeout.
Broad and significant exposure in construction
