> Project Management, Banking industry experience > 8-10 years of Program/ Project experience handling the full end to end life cycle of SDLC with large team size and client, specifically transformation project and not AM > Experience in project related financial services like banking or insurance > Strong Stakeholder management skills > Strong communication and presentation skills to handle C suites business teams > Pro-active and should be able to handle things on their own and not depend on others to drive the project; basically, they should be managing the project and not reporting the projects > Experience in Salesforce or or similar product knowledge is added advantage but not mandatory
