Project Manager

Skills and Competencies:

1) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a reputable University;

2) 3 5 years of experience project management of industrial facilities and/or installation of electro-mechanical equipment. Experience in water/wastewater treatment or pumping stations construction is an advantage;

3) Working knowledge in the application of various electro-mechanical equipment and instruments;

4) Experience in project or sub-contractor supervision / management;

5) Familiarity in water and wastewater treatment plant process is an advantage;

6) Proficient in general engineering principles;

7) Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;

8) Can handle multiple task often with competing deadlines;

9) Must have a good scholastic records;

10) Must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Inc. and Project Sites

Job Description:

• Supervise the preparation of plans and documents including project schedules, equipment specifications, bill of materials, subcontract scopes of work, progress reports, and billing.

Review the work of Project Engineers and CAD Operators in preparing building and installation permit application plans, mechanical and electrical plans such as process and instrument diagrams, general arrangement drawings, mechanical and electrical installation plans, and final documents.

• Liaise with customers, general contractors, government agencies, industrial park management, and other relevant parties.

Oversee overall site management and project supervision.

• Perform any other duties and tasks related to the job that may be assigned from time-to-time
